Answer: Prepaid support hours is not quoted on before a support request is answered/completed/solved. The main purpose of prepaid support is to help you immediately without the obstacles of quoting and agreeing to timeframes/costs first. Prepaid Support is not suited for support requests that will need more than 2 hours although some request timeframes are unknown before hand due to the nature of the request. We will try our best to let you know in advance.
Question: How do I know how much Prepaid Support has been used on a support request and how much prepaid support is remaining?
Answer: When you first purchase prepaid support we provide you a link a your Prepaid Support Logbook which includes the amount of hours purchased and the amount of hours remaining. Each time we complete a support request we update this logbook. It is your responsibility to check your remaining hours before making support requests.
Question: What happens if I run our of prepaid support hours and need urgent support?
Answer: We recommend you purchase more support hours if you are running low on prepaid support. Prepaid support can be purchased instantly and added to your account.
